Personal Character Data Processing
We use the information about the user with other information that we have (including information with personal character which we obtain from the business partners or from other sources) and we shall use all the information exclusively for communication and marketing operations.
The collected information is kept in a data base connected to the www.BizNetMarket.ro site. We collect and we register information with personal character to follow and to monitor the use of our website. There are four types of users: administrator users who have access to all the files from the data base; users who have a newsletter fee, buyer users and seller users.
The data of the users are protected through a log-in system based on the personal e-mail address and on a password. In order to improve the safety of the password, the latter can not contain less than five characters. The passwords are secured with the help of the MD5 algorithm.
The buyer users agree, the mement they log-in as users, that their personal contact data shall be available for the seller only if the latter is interested in a business, in an anonymous ad posted by the seller. The data we provide are; name, surname, company, e-mail address and telephone number/s.
The confidencial aspect of the data is ensured for the sellers, buyers or brokers, but if they wish to, they can publish these data in their ads.
Once you register yourself as a user you give your consent that all the information having a personal character be used according to law 677/2001, that protects persons in what the personal sdta processing is concerned and their free circulation , for personal character informnation, for direct e-mail marketing campaigns and for promotion, supplying you with information related to our services and products and to those of our partners, information that shall by no means be in your interest only.
At any time, any user has got the right to stop the flux of information that is sent to him/her from us, by simply sending us an e-mail,for free,clearly mentioning the fact that you do not wish your data to be used in marketing aims in thefuture. We shall solve your request in maximum 7 working days.

The identification data of our clients and of the website users are protected according to law 677/2001 related to the protection of persons regarding the personal character data processing and their free circulation and according tolaw 506/2004 related to the personal character data processing and to the protection of private life in the sector of completed and modified electronic communications. Optim Capital is registered in the General Register of the Romanian National Surveiilance Authority of Personal Character Data Processing, under number 15588.
