Robotic Mobile System for Asphalt Repairs (ARS) - Price: 250.000 Euro

Romania / Bucharest-Ilfov / Bucuresti

During exploitation, the road bed is subject to important mechanical loads due both to intensive traffic and considerable differences of temperature and humidity due to season changes (summer-winter) which leads to their aging throughout time and implicitly the presence of obvious irregular deteriorations of various heights. To the above, one should also add a series of initial technological faults from the process of application of the bituminous layer (usual causes: inadequately or incorrectly applied recipes, failure to comply with the technologies, the inadequate application of technologies and /or ignoring the weather conditions when executing the works i.e.: rain, low temperature values, etc.), thus the risk of decay in a short time span of the road bed increasing considerably. Basically, the present system uses any variants of cold application (asphalt mixes, polymerized mixes and / or polymers of mechanical stabilization) throughout the whole duration of the year, no matter the exterior atmospheric conditions in the field could be (raining, snowing, freezing, etc) without affecting the qualities of the undertaken repairs, and equally provides the good execution warranties.
